From the Mass Pike: Take Exit 6 (Springfield exit). At the light, turn left onto Route 291 West. Follow 291 West approximately four miles. Take Exit 1A to Route 91 South (Hartford). Take Route 91 South to Exit 3 (Agawam). Bear right to go over the South End Bridge. As you travel over the South End Bridge move into the right lane. Take the first exit at the end of the bridge, following the signs for Route 57. Go halfway around the rotary to the Route 57 entrance. Follow Route 57 for approximately one mile to the exit marked “Main Street/Agawam.” This will place you on Main Street. As you leave the ramp immediately go to the left hand lane and take your first left into the Heritage Hall Campus. Heritage Woods is the first building on the left.

From Hartford and Points South: Take Route 91 North to Exit 3. Stay to the left on the exit ramp following the signs for “Route 5 North/West Springfield.” As you travel over the South End Bridge move into the right lane. Take the first exit at the end of the bridge, following the signs for Route 57. Go halfway around the rotary to the Route 57 entrance. Follow Route 57 for approximately one mile to the exit marked “Main Street/Agawam.” This will place you on Main Street. From Northampton/Holyoke/Points North: Take Route 91 South to Exit 3 (Agawam). Bear right to go over the South End Bridge. As you travel over the South End Bridge move into the right lane.
